I Can't "Get" How to Squeeze My PC Muscle, Exhale & Lift My Hips At the Same Time

Dear Dr. Betty,

I experience what I believe are very intense clitoral orgasms with my partner, but have never achieved vaginal orgasm. My partner and I have been working on bringing me to orgasm this way, but haven't been successful (despite his very patient and persistent efforts).

After doing some research, I came across your rock and roll technique and have been trying to practice "relaxing" (I think the majority of my orgasms have been tension-related). Betty Dodson has been on the planet for 85 years today...teaching, creating, leading, and keeping it real.

After Ms. Magazine published Betty's article "Getting to Know Me", she was flooded with requests for her 18 page manuscript (the manuscript that didn't exist).

This is one of the pictures we've added to the revised edition of Betty's memoir (Betty doing a hand stand on the roof of her building circa 1970).  We added another 50 images, one new chapter AND, yesterday, I sent off the final files to createspace.

In less than a month, print editions of Betty's memoir will be available here and all the big book sites.  Betty spent 25 years writing it and I spent the last 3 years on the edit (we did a soft release to keep us focused).

So proud of Betty for keeping the story real and giving up the $ to make it "commercial".  So proud of myself for rummaging through all of Betty's photos, remembering which stories had to be told, and getting us to print while caring for a newborn.

A concept that is important in partner sex is how we communicate.

We are told it’s important to talk with our sex partners about what we like during sex and to even demonstrate how we like it. We say it every time but this past weekend's workshop was the best one yet.

When we chose the dates for our Summer session, I was in my last trimester. I had no idea how I was going to pull it all off with a three-month old baby...would I be able to set up the room and do all the physical work that goes into a workshop...would Grayson be able to sit in the back room without screaming his head off...would I be sleeping enough to be present in the circle? I had total first-time-mom gitters.

My Monogamous History

In my twenties, I was a very traditional young woman. Once I had sex with a boyfriend, he had to promise to only have sex with me. Of course my being faithful was assumed. Thus began my mini-monogamous romantic sex affairs that lasted a few months to a year or so throughout the decade of my twenties.

Getting married at 29 made me to question a sexual practice that was taken for granted. After all, marriage is a contract meant to last a lifetime while all those mini-monogamies had an expiration date. Although I was on the rebound dumped by my last beloved, I was also exhausted from trying to survive as a commercial artist working free-lance while I longed to pursue fine art full time.
